BUY A SPANISH HORSE
'My love and experience of Spanish horses goes back 20years when I was living in Spain. I
gained a good knowledge of the country, people and way of life and achieved an
excellent command of the language.
I have gained many contacts throughout Spain to include private owners, dealers and
breeders and for the last 3yrs I have worked extensively with a family who have been
dealing and breeding Spanish PRE's for 4 generations.
I have a lovely selection of quality graded PRE stallions, mares and youngstock. Also ride &
drive, geldings, cross breeds and unpapered horses at very competitive prices.
I have sourced horses for clients worldwide and have an excellent reputation whether you
wish to buy from video or come with me to Spain - you can be assured of a first class
service.
I have horses for all levels of rider and competing in disciplines ranging from Doma
Vaquera to Alta Escuela and Dressage to Pleasure.
I will answer any questions before, during and after the purchase of your horse. The price of
your horse includes transport from Spain to England and a vetting which I can arrange for
you - so if this is what you have always wanted I will help you to realise your dream
........ Let the Journey Begin !
I like to think that customer satisfaction is really a guarantee, and value my customers and
their opinions regarding the treatment and service they get from me. This includes the after
sales as well.
I would also like to add this short sentance about flights due to being let down last
weekend after paying for my flight to take a client to Spain to view horses she cancelled
due to illness and did not pay for my loss of money for the booking. This has never
happened before as most people either are kind enough to pay for my flight or are serious
buyers, so I never thought of mentioning it. As I do not charge up front fees for my time but
most people do offer to pay towrds my trip or at least buy a horse in which case I would
get the costs back. So sorry but if I book my flight to take you and you cancel for what
ever reason I hpe you understand that although unfortunate it is not my fault and it would
be nice to recover the flight costs thank you On the same note I wold like to thank very
much all the kind customers who have recently paid for my flights hotel and put me up
overnight thank you and I wish you all alot of happiness and success with your new horses.
I have had many emails thanking me for the lovely horses and help and service that I
have given and like to find the right horse for the customer giving as best as I can an
honest opinion and matching client with horses and their ability. If you come over with me
you will be well looked after, and given a lovely lunch as well as being taken to yard and
airport. Once you have chosen the horse you want to purchase then I will explain to you
the method of payment and time scale involved before your horse arrives. Normally if you
can bring a deposit with you in Euros this will secure the horses and pay for the vetting
which will then later be deducted from your total amount.
So please contact me if you have any questions . Also I have a few horses for sale here in
the UK. It really is a pain free experience for you once you have chosen your horse you can
sit back and wait for it to arrive. With some of the dealers I am able to offer an exchange
if the horse does not settle the usual time period for this is a month. But once you have
chosen the replacemnet horse you will be expected to pay the transport and export papers
for the swap I can explain this to you in more detail if the situation arises.
Most Spanish horses settle in really quickly and I always suggest start as you mean to carry
on. They arrive mentally fresh and excited but pyhically tired so it is always nice if you are
able to turn them out for a while to look around and stretch their legs. Just be sensible with
the grass to start off with. Any questions regarding feeding or caring for your new horse
please just ask.
We get many gelded in Spain prior to travelling back to the UK although I would
recommend it being done in their new homes once settled, many can not do this, but the
vet in Spain does prefer that the horses are transported once they finish the Penecillin, after
10 days. As they have a better chance of recovering in the new home where we turn out
and have less fly's
